Wow o_o um.  Apparently sometime it became 2012 without me noticing!  How was it everyone?  Haaarr.  Busy, busy as always.  I didn't keep my art resolutions from last year :/ I was pretty busy.  I'm not sure if I can even attempt to MAKE any this year!  Maybe just to try my best.  Right now my job and independent studies are coming first, but after I finish my contract (still not sure how many years that will be ^^" auck) I hope to have saved a bit of money so I can go back to school :].  But I might wanna go to Taiwan haha, who knows.

In any case... this year, even if I don't have much time to practice drawing, maybe I want to try to participate by encouraging and supporting others!  Maybe that can be my resolution :].  Maybe I'll attempt to do features?  But like... I dunno... I feel weird doing that because it's not like anyone would care if I featured anything.

Anyway, tomorrow is White Day!  I don't have time to draw a picture of my favorite characters celebrating (T_T)... so I'll just post this!  This was my gift from a co-worker haha... my new favorite mascot , Kumamon!  There's many shops that feature cakes to look like him (even our Christmas cake was his face) but this is a new item!  Omnomnom, it was freaking delicious! I have to resist buying the chocolate pops shaped like him!


So, to hunt for stuff to feature...

In the mean time, I suggest that all Xena and/or fans of the musical Wicked (which I have never actually seen, but some of my classmates did monologues from it in acting class haha...) check out this fanfilm.  The production quality is AMAZING, the story is funny (OMG THE ENDING ), the actors are a joy to watch, and the costumes are really impressive (some are actual pieces from the show donated for temporary use by a fan I think)!  You do have to make a small donation to acquire it, but it's totally worth it (and they ship anywhere in the world ).  If you like it, please check out their other productions too and support them!  Especially if you're in their local area (>w< envyenvyenvy)!
